You have to give the O line some credit too they are blocking pretty good,and the kid has vision I think he needs to play junior high ball just so he remains active in the sport sitting out just puts you behind.If you are short you have to make up for it in power and speed I live in Texas and middle school ball players are all different in size but most of the shorter players are the best ones

true 100%. im a short lineman. im a freshman starter in highschool. i hate how most coaches put the bigger kids or the older kids in over the good ones.its always been a factor in town football. i always started. my dad was never a coach. but i've seen so many great athletes become bench warmers because the coach just wanted to put in bigger older kids. and also the coaches sons. they always were horrible at the sport.

my 9 year old brother is an incredible wide reciever for his age. he leaves peaple speechless and makes 14 year olds look like theyve never seen a football.he doesnt start at wide reciever though, because they would rather start the coach's son. my brother is 20 times better, yet he doesnt get the recognition he deserves. so im trying to become a coach so he can start and get a well deserved chance to have a long carrer.

yea. good luck. i've seen so many talented players stay idelined because the coaches son wants to play. when he gets to school football, that'll all be unheard of. i've started in little league to now. but I just hate all the talented kids sidelined. 3 years ago, it was my last little league year. lost the playoff because our quarterback, "the coache's son", wouldn't stop showing off. the whole team was pissed at him and his dad.

Very polished for his age. Take a look at the video "#44 Johnny Tsunami". Same age group. Arum has better moves, but Johnny runs with a little more power. Both have fantastic speed. Not sure how long Arum has played that position, but that was Johnny's first year. Would love to have both in the same backfield.

I watched both Arum and Johnny. Both have great speed. They can't be the same age group. Arum's competition seems much better. Johnny is fast kid running ball, Arum is great running back, much more developed. As Johnny develops a forward lean and increases his football knowledge he can be very good. K9, I agree. Arum is very polished for his age and I wonder how long he played. I believe Arum is on an 8-10 league and Johnny is 7-9. Arum's competition is better, but is on better blocking and play calling team. he moves much better with the ball, but I think Johnny has much more power. I agree with your assesment of Johnny too. That was his first year as a running back and second year over all. He didn't get much coaching and learned as he played. Things started to click at mid season.
