I've played the whole game, I'm now 67% far, but I don't have any missions left now, brucie says there are no races, but I have to do just one more, I allso have done all missions of Jacob, and the deliveries of cars for Brucie.

ps: I've allso shot the heart inside the satue of hapiness, cuz I've heard that if you shoot the heart after you've played the whole game, you could get a plain to Vice City.
