I know you said you were worried about qwilfish being faster than shiftry, but you're shiftry was able to set up sunny day before qwilfish attacked which would suggest you're faster. Also, assuming shiftry had chlorophyl rather than early bird, your speed would have increased too and you might have been able to sweep with shiftry

As for uber, it's a term meaning a Pokémon with an unfair advantage. They're banned in unofficial tournaments and restricted in official ones.

@Seviper2 In the Diamond version, there is a house near the Pal Park, where an old man asks you to show him a Pokémon of a certain level. Once you do, you'll get a Black Belt. Do the same thing the next day, and he'll give you an Expert Belt. Do it the day after that, and you'll get a Focus Sash. That's perhaps the easiest way to get a Focus Sash.

@UchihaSlayer107 I see you've done your research with this game. My advice is to rent the game from somewhere, if possible, to find out for yourself. Problem is that Blockbuster and Hollywood Video are both out of business.

PBR caters to a very specific group of Pokémon fans--that is, those who like seeing the battles with Wii graphics and being able to fight random opponents. If you like that, then you'll like PBR. Otherwise, it's not for you.

@blackharu159 I didn't use Surf because Porygon2 copied Water Absorb. That ability causes Water attacks to restore HP instead of do damage.
