  • BEST engine sound ever right there when there ravening them up.

  • that looks comfy and fun i like small planes like that

  • too bad frontier is the new midwest, huh? :(

  • this was the day I lost my virginity. Aug 23 07

  • awesome engine sound!!

  • I would fly this airline.... if I was still its former self.

  • does midwest still fly

  • It seems that cut-throat airlines are my specialty. Southwest does manage to make the emergency pre-briefing funny and lets 2 checked bags on free, but almost nothing beats Midwest's Chocolate Chip Cookies... I want some right now! :>)

  • I think the DC9'S are better these engines on the 717 sounds like a little CRJ engine

  • lol no one bought that one. Trolling's hard these days...

  • and besides they copied off the DC9 anyway. AND no other airplane in the DC9 Class beat it

  • I am having trouble watching this video. The video is fully loaded but won't play past 58 seconds. what the hell's wrong with this picture?

  • What airplane is that?

  • Boeing 717 or a MD-95

  • Its the same thing. It was introduced as the MD95, but Boeing bought off Douglas and became the B717.

  • Ya I know but they called them different and now boeing doesn't make them anymore so technically it's the MD-95

  • @marine882 717

  • Its on the video title....B717

  • yah sure

  • i know how to spell attendants i was just rushing it! look at everyone else mister perfect

  • I don't know anyone except for 866toast866 who doesn't like Midwest Airlines

  • go midwest im flying on it tomorrow going to be a blast

  • Heretic, that's your opinion but I think Southwest is the best.

  • boeing737600, that's your opinion but my all time favorite airline is Continental Airlines.

  • never flew on continental. (at least i dont think so). i only flew on southwest, U.S. air, united, and delta that i can remember, but my favorite out of those is southwest.

  • yah awesome it is the best!

  • is midwest your favorite airline? im going to be flying with them in a couple of months and i never have flown with them before. Is there service good

  • I wouldn't i've always flown southwest they have good service, hilarious flight attendance and good service mid west is not that good

  • Compared to UA how would you say Midwest?

  • was that in the morning?

  • Yes

  • thanks

  • Midwest Airlines is the bet because they

have B717's and that is my favorate airplane

    +the service!!! :-P

  • in anyone's opinion, is midwest better than delta, united, frontier, american, and/or southwest

  • Midwest is by far the best airline I've flown.

  • Second best only to JetBlue cant beat that live TV...

  • @illinoisboyinchi no americans better sorry

  • @camcamepictv yeah, they're really good on transatlantic flights, but i still freaking love midwest's chocolate chip cookies! :D

  • @illinoisboyinchi ok you got me there lol :D cookies always win ;)

  • I love that feeling of getting pushed back into your seat on takeoff in those 717's.

  • Same here, great feeling. I'm flying MKE-MCI-SEA next week on Midwest!

  • So how was your flight?

  • Me to!

  • thats my favorite seat

  • warm chocolate chip cookies, anyone? (:

  • I have pretty much taken the same route before, the food is very good and I highly recommend the Carribean Salad, vey good, better than Delta Intl.

  • Thats a video camera that does not transmit only. Items that transmit and interfere with aircraft radio is to be turned off. I fly 2 times a year. I do not see any rules that say video camera's are not allowed to be on.

  • was the announcer an attendant or a recording? it sounds "robotic"

  • It was a recording. Seems to save the flight attendants trouble by not repeating the same lines on each flight.

  • Midwest Is My Hometown Airline (MKE) Fly Midwest! Best care!

  • You were told to turn off all electronic items atleast three times before the plane left the gate. Your 87 other fellow passengers thank you for not following the rules.

  • Overcautiousness, thats all. What the airlines are more concerned about are cellphones, radios, and any other transmitter. My camcorder does none of that.

    You certainly enjoyed this video!

  • True...I like the video. Midwest is cautious.

BUT....Say the plane was involved in a collision on the runway and now your camcorder becomes a flying object and clobbers you or someone else in the head??? Just a thought on the matter.

  • Even though there is a hand harnest for grip, it would have to tear off my hand before it can become a flying object.

In case of an accident, my video would be HOT STUFF! The FAA would be pleased to have it, and you bet I'll post it here or sell it to the news.

  • To mauh247: Blow it out of your ass. If youre on a plane that crashes, you're telling me that someones camcorder is going to be one of your concerns?

  • HAHA, the only electronics that matter is the ones that transmitt, like a cell phone, blackberry, or wifi, if it transmitts you MUST put it away. A camera doesnt matter, they cant do a thing for having it out.

  • Great vid. I work for midwest at LAX. Love flying the B 717-200. I hope you enjoyed your flight.

  • Thanks! Yes this is by far the best service I've had and was really impressed. The best part are the cookies!!
