@alrss656 First make sure you have the ZSNES emulator. Once open, go to CONFIG>PATHS. Where it says SAVES:, specify a location on your computer where you want the save states to go (I have mine set to C:/SAVESTATES). Finally, load Super Mario World and go to the level/overworld map that you want the palette from. Once there, hit F2 on your keyboard (or your save state key). Finally, go to the folder you specified where the save states should go. Presto! You now have a save state.

how do you copy and paste tiles??? pasting doesn't work!

@BertisWorldYT Ctrl+C copies the selected tile and Ctrl+V pastes it. There is a glitch in YY-CHR that, if using the buttons to copy/paste, the paste button doesn't always work.

@tle123rox Yes. Unless you know your way around hex editing, there is no other way at the moment.

Actually, lunar magic now has the correct function to replace graphics. You can now Insert and replace GFX files.

Go to a channel called TeamHackerz1 and then search the channel for "exgfx" and it should appear. :)

If your using AllGFX, just keep looking around for it. If you want to Split all the gfx, go to LM, then Options, then click "Use jointed GFX" Uncheck it, then extract. There you go.

if you want to make a savestate that gives you the right pallet, you have to use zsnes and press F2 while playing.

To get the Allgfx.bin files you go into lunar magic open your Rom and click extract Gfx from rom(the green mushroom) and the grafics will be in the grafics folder and take them into what he did in the video. Does this anwser you question? I can help if you are still stuck though.

where do i find my savestate files?

When you have your ZSNES open, click CONFIG, then PATHS and it will show you where it's located. Then just search for that folder when in need of the savestate.
