umm, this is expert, cause i've done this and it's taken me down to yellow health each time, (usually differs what ammount though) but it does work.

And plus, when Zoey was hit going down to the saferoom, it was only 1 or 2 zombies, look how much it took off, on expert 1 zombie takes off 20 health. 5/5 vid

Not cheating. Valve left it in. They're clearly aware of it, they took it out of versus. The tradeoff here is that you take a ton of damage from the fall. You gain time, but at a big cost. If you're good, you could get to that point anyway taking only one or two points of damage.

Yes on expert. You just have to be careful. You really shouldn't be taking too much damage in the apartments. It's a small, enclosed space where you can't really be surrounded. No way should you be hit even once there unless you're unlucky or just plain bad.

Again, Valve is clearly aware of this and they left it in. It's not cheating.

Yeah, but that fall hurts pretty bad. If you're good, you can get through the apartments taking less damage than that. And yeah, it may be worth it. That's why it's there. If you think it's worth it, go for it. If not, don't. It's a choice.

I'd say the main risk is being the last one off the edge and you don't have quite enough speed, so you get left hanging.

Hellsyeah is right, shooting the car in a speed run is the only way you can call it a speed run, regardless of where your teamates are. If they aren't by you or in front of you, they fail and deserve it. X3 And I also agree with you ect. :D The best team in l4d is myself and a medkit. Maybe some pills, but thems is optional. >:3

Actually, me and my friend just tried, if you run quickly off the ledge, you are left with exactly 66 HP, and we were able to skip quite a bit of action and had all 4 med packs.

I don't suggest doing expert alone, though. It is HORRIBLE!

Just run and drop onto the thing. If you jump, you'll lose a ton of health. I've seen one where a guy actually runs backwards and lost virtually no health.

If you look at the health bars, our Francis jumped and he lost most of his health.

Even on EASY DIFFICULTY it would take two headshots from the Hunting rifle to down a Witch. The shotgun however can kill her on one shot from ANY difficulty INCLUDING Expert.

Frankly I think it's ridiculous since it defeats the point of the Witch as a game changer but hey, it makes my job easier.

for the 2nd one, when you rush it. its o.k. if the which and tank spawn...just hope it isn't in an important location.EX:me and buddies were rushin the 2nd part, then a which spawns in the train that you MUST go through to make it...

otherwise if the which spawns on the side you can just walk past it, but no matter what a tank is a problem

Actually this was discovered on or before nov 7th. I saw it in multiple places and I have done that glitch before you knew about it. Check the left 4 dead 411 website. There is a video of someone doing that glitch and beating the map in 40 seconds......

Jah. Just so you know, the actual fastest way is to just do that, and run. using only the Medi-kit to melee everything that comes close. It's surprisingly overpowered and can take down a whole swarm with a few hits. Oh, and spamming the Benny Hill theme helps too.

All you do is fall off the building that you start on, aiming for the outcropping off of the building across the alleyway. You can take anywhere from over 80 to less than 10 damage from it. Right now I'm working on taking the least amount of damage from the fall.
