As a believer in Christ, I am emberassed by Catholicism. Catholics claim exlusive rights to salvation, saying that they were entrusted with the keys to Heaven. Protestants are not even considered Christians. I am emberassed that someone can accept the Pope as infallible, or pray to the dead, instead of God, worship idols, and call a Priest father.

O believe me i've spoken to God, I've gone through so much crap asking him if my path is right and if I should continue on this journey or start a new one. Genesis chapter 1. God creates and expanse/firmament to separate the waters. But, he makes the mistake of placing the sun, moon, and stars IN the firmament. This means, the rain water is about the sun according to Genesis. Ouch.

As a believer in Christ, I am emberassed by Catholicism. Catholics claim exlusive rights to salvation, saying that they were entrusted with the keys to Heaven. Protestants are not even considered Christians. I am emberassed that someone can accept the Pope as infallible, or pray to the dead, instead of God, worship idols, and call a Priest father.

O believe me i've spoken to God, I've gone through so much crap asking him if my path is right and if I should continue on this journey or start a new one. He said nothing, from that silence I took that I am on the right path, i am where I am supposed to be. (I don't actually mean I was expecting him to speak but you get my drift). So that is my proof, that is what I follow. Therefore, for me ive never followed the bible and if I've asked him and he says nothing then im where I'm supposed to be.

I understand where ur coming from but the bible in my opinion is not the word of God it is the word of MAN. God did not write the bible man did. God has told me what is right and wrong. I can feel it inside me everyday telling me that I am who I am. Live the life I'm meant to live, the one he set out for me. Then i've lived a good life and thats that. But what if you're wrong? It's all about what you believe in. If you believe in god he exists. But not neccesseraliy for other people. I don;t believe in god, so for me he doesnt exist. Its a simple as that.

Hah... and thank you for giving us a brilliant example of Religious fervour at its best. No friend. Im not an imbecile. I live my life how i see fit. I don't particularly care about what you think about me. Because i've been judged all my life and will continue to be judged. And yes, i am rather bible illiterate, but i have religious friends who have taught me about christianity (as it should be). But to be honest, i'd rather eat my own foot than read that old thing.

To be perfectly honest i dont quite understand how you can have such blind faith in the words of a book. You are condemning people for not agreeing with your views. To me that's real ignorance. The whole point about a religion is its based on faith. To condemn those who don't have the same views as you is just pure arrogance. It shows you have no care for what other people believe and are too far up your own backside to realise it. Some people believe in God, others don't. Get over it.

And as for going to hell... well.... actually i'm not. Because hell only exists for those who fear it. And heaven is only there for those who believe in it. So... i think i'll go back to living my life as a good person, and living the way i think is right. Making moral decisions based on my own ideaology and not that of an ancient book. I'm sorry but really, what kind of christian are you? A real christian doesn't judge people for who they are. A real christian lets God do the judging. And apparently god loves all. I have nothing against christians, or muslims, or followers of any faith. But thats what it is. Faith. It is not proven that god exisits, neither is it disproven. So let other people have their opininon and keep yours and leave it there because nothing is more annoying than evengalists.

I had my share of arguing with ezekiel316, looks like he deleted my comments after showing shown him the meaning Peter (the rock) in Greek. Oh well, that might be close minded, but still, this video is good for atheists. They've been pampered enough. Those who refuse to exchange the heart of stone for heart of flesh refuse to hear the Word of God, not much help there(not over YouTube anyway). I just hope he does what he expects of his viewers.
But that he doesn't know the Church-no argue there.

this has everything to do with christianity. if you read the bible you would read the exact same thing. now, i do disagree that aetheist's hearts can't be helped (or thats what it sounded like he was saying), but it's the truth. there's heaven, there's hell. god will call ur name all throughout your life. god WANTS you, but if u choose to not beleive or live for him, you're going to hell. it is the just thing to do, and just read the bible you'll see its all backed up :)

In the context of hell theology, if you believe in such a satanic unjust place, people who repent because they dont want to go to hell are still going because they dont care about righteousness 1st. God can see right through you.

I came to believe, because I felt the love of God. While I was still an enemy of God, He came to me, and loved me. I do not see God torturing people for eternity for the mistakes made here on earth. I do however, see Him sending you from His presence, after giving you every possible chance to repent for your sins. If you deny the pain you have caused Him, and justify your transgressions, He will not force you. There is no life outside of God, so to not be in His presence is to cease existing.

You assume I have believed in God my whole life, and was "brainwashed" at a young age. I was saved in April of 07. I know God loves me because I experienced His love, not because I was told He did growing up. I had an experience that changed me forever.

It SHOULD be you that you doubt. If "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23) and "the wages of sin is death" (6:23), then that leaves everyone dead! You can either be paid the WAGES that you've EARNED (Death), or the "GIFT of God which is eternal life in Christ Jesus out Lord." (Rom 6:23). Only you can decide between the wages or the gift.

The sin nature pretty much guarantees that we aren't going to get through life without having done anything wrong. LOLOL! But Ephesians 1 teaches that we START off dead in sin. It's impossible for a dead person to make himself alive. It can only be done through a miracle of God.

A great speaker, but I was surprised at the anger that popped out towards atheists. I never think of Jesus or Christians like that. Did he throw out hate or love towards others? I believe he won people over with love not anger.

Your right of course. There were times though where Jesus went into the temple and started flippin tables over, I'm sure He did it in love, but probably a tough sort of love.

Love the video yet, part of repentance is simply opening the door when he knocks. Some people might think...well I've got to ask Jesus in and then clean up my act. No you need to realize who Jesus is, what he's done, ask him for it and then let HIm clean up your act, by being in the word and walking by faith in that great exchange. We don't clean ourselves up...HE DOES.
