it think its a lovely idea. in practice in ten years after youd implemented this action thing would be back to something akin to what they are now. why?. because equality isnt about money its about human nature and that reflects personal wealth. some people and clever and greedy,some people are feckless and lazy,some people are mean others are over generous. some people are easily persuaded to part with there money others are downright cheats . human nature..

I just see an apparent inconsistency from my understanding.

we are responsible for our experience yes - though practically speaking a child that is born in poverty with no means to support itself and no acess to internet will have very little chances to practically take responsibility for itself in this world.
so its up to those that ARE able to practically take responsibility to allow that chance for others too
