** Its ridiculous Banks prefer loose so much, rather than a little with there good old customers.
Example: Say your paying 2,350 a month. Your balance is $400,000 -(wave) $50,000= (new balance) 350,000 x (interest) 4.? So if u payed 2,350 a month > now your new payment is around $1,575

Dude! Just a simple question, I came upon a home in Florida that originally went on the market for $149,000.00, now its at short sale for $49,000.00 - what is the guidelines is far as value when making an offer m- would it be smart to ffer 60,000? or more? So you make sure you get the home - or offer lets say, 50,000? Or less?

Best to have HUGE credit references when approaching banks. You can borrow $50k to $5 mil. with NO CREDIT CHECK if you agree to hold the funds on deposit, in your name, as security. This doesn't give you cash, but it lets you build AAA credit while you hold massive verifiable deposits. creditloader dot com offers it for 4.9%.
