i got factory refurbished of this item and the light i cant figure out how to turn it on or how to fix that its uploading in widescreen. and it has no internal battery?

I would assume that you can download the Samsung through the USB port on the iMac through iMovieHD. The software states that it is PC.

I plan on purchasing one in the next 2 months.

No rolling shutter , no 8 Mpix on 1/3" Chips ..

a HMX20C with 2.1Mpix instead of 8 Mpix on the same 1.8" Chip would be EXACTLY what i want.

I don't get it why they are stressing the use of a "SSD" so much, its essentially the same as popping a 16 or 32gb SDHC card, just hardwired in there. I'd rather get the HMX-100 with a 16gb card which should hold more than two hours and save some money.

How much is it in standard video say if I had 12 hours of HD video with the hmx h106 24 hours

12 hours HD = 64Gb

I'm guessing, not absolutely sure but SD takes about a fourth that HD does, so that would be 48 hours of Standard Definition recording.
