In Matthew's Gospel, the phrase "Kingdom of Heaven" is used 31 times, but is never used anywhere else in the Bible.

"Kingdom of God" is used 14 times in Mark, and 31 times in Luke. But "kingdom of Heaven" is only used in Matthew's Gospel.

I think that "Kingdom of Heaven" is a euphanism for "Kingdom of God" and unsuspecting Christians have been falsely led to believe that Jesus promised eternity in Heaven when that is not the case.

QUESTION: I have never understood the part about righteousness. I've always been told it means to seek justice, but to me that contradicts the need to forgive. Can someone help me to understand this?

I don't know if i can but I'll try. It's like your hunger is being righteous (impartial no matter what). And you feel like you need more and more of being righteous, doing the right thing. But it seems like you can't do enough good, right things out of various reasons. The promise is that you will be filled. It's a sacrificial thing to to, to be righteous. I hope this will help.

I think that righteousness means to uphold the laws of God. Jesus summarised these laws perfectly in(Matthew 22:37-40 NIV). To hunger and thirst for righteousness is a spiritual desire to find God. Read Matthew 7:7-12 closely.
