Stig was the man. Only driver too ever win a World Rally in the Audi Sport Quattro. Also the driver to debute the 550bhp Audi Sport Quattro E2 on the 1985 Argentina Rally.

These years was REAL rally,nowdays,atleast in SWEDEN,there is nothing worth calling rally anymore...Really wish i had the opportunity to see those old days of rally now live...

I rememeber this Audis in the 80s in the swedish rally. The sounds of those cars was just amazing. Didnt realize then how good Stig actually was.

Yes, but...
Stig Blomqvist was one of the first driving the quattro, so like Franz, that was test driver for Audi, he debuted the quattro in 1981
One year later Stig won the Swedish Rally with Björn Cederberg on quattro.
In 1984 Stig Blomqvist was World Rally Champion...
