Yes My Lord....I saw the Warriors perform this one on "Saturday Night Sing" . The first time I ever saw Sharon. It was love at first sight!! Beautiful, soulful, and anointed!! Who can ask for anything more!!! Another excellent post Damone!!
no one I mean NO ONE does it like chicago IL Sharon childs the rich low registries in her vocals oh wow I'm so blessed to have been in chicago to hear it for myself live and uncensored oh my god wow i miss her so much but this song and her swwet, angelic, melodious voice with be forever pleasantly etched in my heart and and fondess memories with this one song I wish someone would post the original version
the orchestra sounds nice but the voices were much more powerful t on the original I LIKE THE ORIGINAL BETTER this one is nice but I like the original can someone post the original
damonemontez can you please put "God did it" up. Sharon and Dianne rocked that recording session. Legendary Cosmopolitan Warriors along with the enitre singing aggregation of Cosmopolitan Church of Prayer. I know there has been changes, but I'm glad I have these recordings to remember.
@SEANSOREAL That was Karen Hull and Michelle. I remember it was 1000 degrees in the church that night. The power had gone out in the area and the recording started late. I drove all the way from St. Louis for this recording session
I too have wonderful memories of how sharon blessed my soul when she sang from deep down in her soul-touched by the Holy Ghost to bless all who were blessed to be there RIP
Nobody will ever be able to sing this song like Sharon. The look she would have on her face when she sang this song, priceless. You knew that it was coming from the depths of her soul. There are so many other songs that she sang that I wish were recorded. Reverend, get those old tapes and get them in the studio. She is still singing from eternity.
Sharron,Michelle and Diane rocked this song (got it on repeat right now)
