@brinnonvallere A lot of karate-ka get disqualified at some point or another for lack of control. No one is perfect. The important thing is that we, as karate-ka -- as human beings -- seek to learn from the mistakes we make and better ourselves in the process. Clearly, Yaguchi Sensei has done as much, otherwise he would not be the excellent instructor that this video reveals him to be.
did you know Yaguchi was the first person ever to be Disqualified from shotokan tournements for lack of control?
