@waretigers if it's light from the camera the camera shot would be moving with the light and it would STILL move to the next CCTV shot on the screen. there are light anomalies associated with paranormal activity (orbs), get to know. Or, (like most people) refuse to believe because science can't explain it. There's no research into this because even the even the best scientists can't begin to comprehend. If it cant be explained people get scared and refuse to believe, it's natural human instinct.
