  • Thank you. These were beautiful and heartfelt. You do help us have hope.

  • ur welcome, glad it has been of a help to us all too.

  • it does seem to me that its a very benevolent act on the part of the mind to protect you like that. thanks so much for sharing :)

  • ur welcome

  • thank you for sharing ur experience. I told my preveous Doctor about the different "mood" that of them is a 3yr old and another has a british accent that a friend heard speak to him. The Doc said that "it sounds like DID" but he wouldn't say more, I guess b/c I'm totally aware of whats going on. I do have a question tho, How do u deal with ppl growing up around u while ur not? I have that problem and its scares me seeing ppl grow old.

  • Very sorry and very powerful story of what you shared. Thank you for your integrity and human reality in the power of your self protection from pain.

  • i was expecting an accent, but not british.. more of hillbilly.

  • thanks for watching..

  • Hi. We would choose to be DI"D". Because so We can live, and not either be d*d right now or in a jail or mental H place. Everyone with DI"D" is different. :). "A2 and A"

  • i wouldnt choose to be any other way now. i have leant to love them and in doing so love me. im sure some will intergrate if i ever get theropy but i know some will not they have said so, they r happy the way they r. some still need working with as one thinks its her body and i stole it lol. she cant tell u y she is 16 and the body is much older tho lol

  • Ok. Just saying. I thought this was a recent account you wrote. Ya, me and D switched half way though. "A"

  • I saw this lady on Oprah along time ago who had been sexually abused since she was an infant. I think she had over 100 different personalities and through theraphy she was down to like 10 or something. She really stuck in my mind. So much she had triumph over, much like yourself. ~Raven

  • thank you.

yeh iv head about her but never seen that episode. we r well behind in episodes over here.

  • I was sitting here listening to you and thinking of some of the situation I've been in and seen in life. The whole world isn't cruel, but it's that handful that makes the world seem to spin you in the opposite direction of everyone else, I was different. Most of my friends that I hung around were different. When I started entertaining them, I blended into their little world, but still..., I feel I don't really fit in. being different is wonderful, it makes you a thinker....

  • lol r grandfather used to say that..

differance is great cos it makes u a thinker not a follower..

  • This is an amazing insight, Jo. I can only imagine what it must be like, and what it's been like, to live this way. You show enormous strength and courage, and I thank you for sharing this with us.

    Moosie

  • Thank you for sharing, once again! I think the mind IS a very powerful thing, just as you expressed! Sharing your experience, strength, and hope with others in this way... is also a testament to YOUR own personal strength! Here's wishing you all the best on this journey!

  • thanks..

  • I can only imagine how hard this must have been to read, but it was very insightful so thank you for sharing it :)

  • ur welcome..

  • wow...incredible!!

  • I wanted to add, I hope I dont upset you by asking questions about therapy. If you have found happiness with your helpers, I am glad for you. I just wanted to ask you if you had considered deep therapy before. ~Raven

  • questions dont upset us. so no worries there.

we would rather ppl ask than never know..

  • I have heard of intensive theraphy where you learn the motives and personalities of each voice and through healing and letting go, each voice no longer is needed. I can understand that its like loosing a friend but its a theaphy that is very affective for helping you. Have you heard of it before? ~Raven

  • not by that name, but its refured to here as intergration. i know i still need my others, there r many things i just cant do with out there help, if i ever get counceling, weather they intergrate will be up to them im happy for them to stay, but i know some will intergrate.

  • hugs
