that's just under tv simulater and bad sync... I just played with it a whole bunch until I got what I wanted... even though I kinda regret the way I used it... I could probably do a lot better if I tried it again... but yeah... there ya go...
like it's in the folder tv simulater under effects and stuff... and then there's three options... one of them is called bad sync... that's what I based the effect off of...
yeah, RED is my favirate band right now, they are very new and their music is so friggin' good, they have a great style and the lead singer's voice is excellent and only getting better, so ya gotta love em! anyway, thanks!
