@iCRAiZ I ussed to be a biter too. And I think that for people who are biters, the best way for them to stop is too get addicted to doing their nails.. i do my nails every 3-4 days even if my nailpolish isn`t messed up because it acts as motivation for me not to ruin my pretty nails :)
