Young men and women reach the age of sexual maturity as roughly the same age (time period) as young men and women 2000 years ago. I do however agree with some of your other points about how silly it is to argue that Allah is not an acceptable term for God for Christians to use. I am aware of the concept of shirk and indeed you might be suprised to find Catholicism also teaches adoration is due only to God. Where we differ is of course in our view of who Christ was.

Are you saying for example Maltese Catholics who use the term Alla to refer to God are not Christian. Remembered God and Jesus are English terms, my wife would pray to Бог as she is Russian. In Biblical Aramic God can be rendered as Elaha. The reality of the Godhead is beyond particular cultural terms.

@InnerMittenSignal So the hundreds of thousand of Christians who use the term Allah to refer to the one true God are rendering prayers onto God that are repuslive to him? This includes members of the Catholic and Orthodox Churches amongst others who have been using Allah as a term to refer to God for many centuries now. I am afraid although the Church is universal the expression of faith is not the same everywhere and languages are one thing that differ.
