The blonde girl who suggest Rover is actually actor Amanda Petersen from Can't Buy Me Love!! I don't think many of the other orphans did much acting after this movie. I am their age and was obsessed with this movie in 1981. :) Aileen Quinn (Annie) actually had long, dark, straight hair under that wig.
