Thanks for the vid. Years of working for a company( lacking good conscience) had already built up great resentment within me, now I have been carrying around alot of anger over a termination for more than three weeks. I have restrained myself from revenge, wanting the demise of the company to come to past. I still want revenge, but I know I must move on. This seems to be such a challenge. I am starting to try.

When we wish ill on another we bring ill to ourselve. When we hold resentment or hatred we are drinking poison and expecting that the other person will die. The injustices we suffer test us to grow. It is not easy to forgive (not hold something against someone). When I have meditated on the Holy Bible about the parable of forgiveness and done all I can do to forgive the hurt and still cannot. I go to Almighty God in prayer and ask help and I tell you He made it only possible to forgive the many when I could not do more. He is almighty God and can help.
