Telling that Tiersen is Mozart of today you just demonstrate that for you Mozart is just a name and a legend you're used to listen to other poeple speaking about him, and maybe you occasionally listened en passant some minutes to 3 or 4 of his most famous melodies.
This is something which is not just simple and beautiful, not just a touch of dreams brought forth into reality, not merely purest of emotions crystallizing in the air like frost on the window sill or salt on my clothes line from the sea breeze. It is something which instantly resonates with your mind and soul. This is why I love Yann Tiersen.
its musical pieces like this that gives people hope who live in unimaginable circumstances. the song only has 9 letters but it spells the purpose of 60+ years of heartache. thank you for really making music.
i liked him since when i was 12. as Korean, many days from my young childhood it seems so alright but inside it wasn't really great. even still, my heart filled up blue emotions when i recall the memories.
so i just listened to his music everytime when i was alone and feels so sad. it soothed all like miracle it thaws your heart and its worth than a thousand words from two-faced peoples... Definitely.
i'm just glad that you made this video. and i really love you, Yann Tiersen : )...
the synth music in the first two minutes is ... so hard to explain... I want to inject it, and maybe then I could experience it without being limited by my ears.
Ive loved yann tiersen for such a long time and got so excited to see his name followed by LaBlogotheque in my recent activity to channels ive subscribed to
I've been hoping to see Yann Tiersen preform a take-away show for almost a year now! You've made this happen 3 days before my birthday, so I'll take it as a wonderful birthday gift :) Thank you!
I wish you guys would give us a CD with all the beautiful tracks you banned on tape, because most of them are better than the regular studio records...
Thanks for all the videos and for bringing so much new music into my life
@flippiie He never plays anything off of Amelie because it sucks being known for just that I think. The stuff here is what he plays live. Its amazing.
@ih8gorgonzola. Hm in fact, live, he's playing a revisited version of amelie's theme (type this in your browser: video/Creation___Yann_Tiersen_presente_Dust_Lane_a_la_Route_du_Rock/). And Sur Le Fil is taken from an older album, Le Phare.
