  • It's "little soft pulses in my den"

  • This song is awesome! :D

  • Song kicksass cant stop listening to it, this and through the glass are the best two songs.

  • Fucking drums scared DX

  • joke time- 2 men walk in to a bar 3 man ducks

  • @3fatguysofficial Corey Taylor has been in the game since 1990. Which makes it 21 years and he is STILL going strong. As of RIGHT now (the present, NOT the past) he is ONE of the BEST vocalists out there. Don't get me wrong, the names you mentioned are also great musicians, but that type of "metal" isn't what is "in" these days. Have an open mind and listen to what these bands have to say instead of ridiculing them for being different. Music is ALWAYS evolving; if it didn't it would be garbage.

  • don't know why but these guys sound like slipknot

  • @InsaneRoacher That's because the singer is the same singer from Slipknot.

  • @MartianZombie51 never knew that

  • @InsaneRoacher That's cuz the vocalist IS Corey Taylor.

  • I hope my note finds you in a tme of laughter and prosperity, I am working on a show called "the love. project," and in honor of Halloween, the theme is what haunts you? Care to share? Thanks, Veronica Haunani Fitzhugh

  • Its weird... This reminds me of... <3

  • I love that part at 2:43-3:11, sounds so beautiful, like the guitar is crying

  • @lilrockable agreed its cool

  • Not that bad

  • nha its funny to only catch part of the argument cause im laghing my asss off

but that could be the pot

  • I never will understand why people argue on Youtube, great song by Corey Taylor and his bandmates in Stone Sour. Definitely not the best in MY opinion but every person has their own, leave it at that :)

  • Niceeeeee

  • Is it me or do they have a Slip-Knot kinda feel to them. To me it is the vocals and the drumming. I in no means want to start a war here but I want to know if i'm alone on this or if I have a good point here.

  • @McGonzo83 Joey Jordison, the drummer for slipknot, is also the drummer for stonesour.

  • @Disturbed11271 I didnt know that. Thank you.

  • @McGonzo83 no Joey Jordison isnt the drummer of stone sour. Roy Mayorga is. but Joey is also the guitaist for Murderdolls. but Corey Taylor is the vocalist of both Stone Sour & Slipknot. & Jim Root is the lead guitarist for Stone Sour & the Rhythm guitarist for Slipknot.

  • @Disturbed11271 thats sooo not true

  • "Screaming your head off" isn't singing in the first place. I'm sure those are called "screams". Listen to All That Remains. That man can go from a brutal growl/scream to a perfect clean/harmonic. He's more talented than Matt Shadows and Corey Taylor, IMO.

  • @3fatguysofficial I haven't said these are the ONES ONLY greatest vocalists ever.. Of course people like the ones you listed deserve credit. In fact, they're inspiration of the ones I mentioned. Plus, is David Draiman a "scream your head off" vocalist? Not to talk about Layne Staley.. Or even Corey Taylor? (listen to the actual song in the video..) Even though he screams his ass off in the Knot, he's been doing that for almost 13 years now and believe me, he still sounds like a beast. Cheers \m/

  • @dEthedEstroyer I was more referring to ADTR than anything, I think you can say they're good, but in all truth, influence defines who's the "greatest" more than anything. Slipknot and Stonesour are already leaving a mark, but ADTR has been around for like 3 years. That's just rediculous. And Draiman's voice is starting to weaken, even though he doesn't scream.

  • @dEthedEstroyer the word "greatEST" kinda implies there's only one. jus' sayin.

  • @d0peshow Really? English is not my native language but I think it's correct to say "greatEST vocalists of all time" e.g. At least the editors of magazines such as Rolling Stones and Revolver think so, entitling their charts like that. Correct me if I'm wrong.

  • @dEthedEstroyer Pwn3d :)

  • @dEthedEstroyer You're not wrong; It's correct to say "greatest vocalists of all time"

  • @d0peshow stop taking it so seriously man, what he says isn't law, its called an opinion.

  • @3fatguysofficial Stone sour hasn't been around for 15 years, but considering that Cory Taylor sings for Stone Sour and Slipknot, and Slipknot has been around for 10 years, I'd say he deserves it.

  • @3fatguysofficial These "scream your head off" guys put far more effort into their vocals than any of those old bastards. Try to sing like them and you will see.

  • @3fatguysofficial Hey dipshit, listen to Stone Sours entire album Audio Secrecy. He screams in maybe.. Two songs. And that's only if you wanna count the yelling in this song. And technically, Corey Taylor has been doing this for 15 years. More than that actually. He was in this band before he got into Slipknot in 1995. I don't know exactly when Stone Sour started. Corey can STILL scream just fine after all of those years. Screaming DOES take talent.

Do your research before you start an argument.

  • @MErickson11 Of course it takes talent. I'm just saying before you guys start screaming "Greatest ever! Hall of fame!" Wait and see if these fuckers voices hold up. Judas Priest isn't even in, and they've been playing metal for over 30 years!

  • Comment removed

  • @MErickson11 Funny coming from an obvious ignorant emo fag. A band has to have been together 25 years after they're debut album to be CONSIDERED for the hall of fame. And Judas Priest blows ANY new band out of the water, period.

  • @3fatguysofficial Funny thing is, Slipknot was asked to be put in the rock hall of fame a few years ago, and Slipknot said not until they're done making music... I think Judas Priest can suck it...

  • Comment removed

  • @3fatguysofficial Um there's like no screaming at all in this song.

  • @3fatguysofficial Michael Kiske > Everyone you mentioned considering Hetfield, Schulinder, Mustaine, Ozzy, and Araya are awful vocalists.

  • @MrUsedBooks LOL GTFO emo noob.

  • @3fatguysofficial Lol you don't even know who he is.

  • @3fatguysofficial uhm, you do know it's Corey Taylor from Slipknot that is the lead singer of Stone Sour, right? I don't think Corey Taylors voice will die out anytime soon, his voice is powerful, full of strength, knee trembling, and angelic sounding when necessary. He is a damn good singer, and even though it is simply your own opinion, you can't doubt that his voice is powerful.

  • @3fatguysofficial your an idiot. im not even gonna mention why because everyone else already has. just had to let my opinion be heard

  • @3fatguysofficial While I agree that all of the people you listed are amazing vocalists, I feel I should point out that Stone Sour formed in 1992... Nearly 20 years ago now. And Corey Taylor joined Slipknot, another very successful band, in 1997. I for one think he is one of the greatest musicians of our time. This does not imply that I think he is the ONLY great musician of our time.

  • @tanthor34 Corey Taylor is one of the greatest musicians, and so is David Draiman. M. Shawdows can throw down too. If you haven't heard the band Ready Set Fall, their lead singer can really get you motivated to slam something.

  • Comment removed

  • @cristos22 Corey is in my top 100 vocalists...maybe even in the top 50 or 60. But not not that high. Lol, to each man his own though. :)

  • @3fatguysofficial It doesn't matter how they sound in the future. It only matters what they sounded like during their prime. What are you, their marketing agent?

  • Comment removed

  • @MA4VA As previously stated, the former co-host of our web show made that comment and is no longer with our show so please disregard it.

  • @3fatguysofficial Okay for anyone still commenting on this post, just FYI this was a comment from one of our previous show hosts. He is no longer with our show, nor has he for at least 4 months. So if you could PLEASE just drop what our former show host was talking about. Thanks, 3FGTAM

  • saw them live! they are awesome!

  • I love Disturbed. But.. You have to admit. A lot, not all, but a lot of his songs sound very similar.

  • what is the song in the link -------> /watch?v=QujPq4yhx8k

  • idk how you can even compare a singer as cliched as that howie mandell look alike from disturbed to matt shadows or phil labonte(all that remains) or corey taylor. i mean thhe guy's sound is so main stream disturbed is the biggest phony/sell out band of all time

  • @xXYungBlazeXx if your gonna diss a band like disturbed then you should be flogged by a giant black dildo

  • @painamusesme I like disturbed but all their songs sound the same to me the guy doesn't have a very versatile voice.

  • @painamusesme disturbed started out great, then the nerds got ahold of them. now every nerd who wants to be hardcore lists Disturbed and Linkin Park as their favorite bands. Sorry dude, but i don't want to fit in with that click.

  • @d0peshow

Yes because the true caliber of a band is based on what kind of people compose their fan base and not the quality of their music. Idiot.

  • @cruorproditor sorry but i don't want to relate to douchebags and virgins, and i sure has shit don't want to bounce off fucks with gelled hair, lots of bracelets, and leather coats at concerts.

and as a matter of fact that's the one reason i love justin bieber... i just can't get enough of 15 year old girls.

  • @painamusesme I have to truly say, though, that I went to the very FIRST "Music as a Weapon" tour with, among others, Disturbed and Drowning Pool (back before the lead died). It was during the Sickness era for Disturbed. Their music was an effective means to an end. Getting one's aggression out, among other things. Then, all of the sudden, they became a LOT closer to a band like STAIND *shudders*. Melodic, slower, sadder. I MISS the aggressive nature of Disturbed and I think others do too.

  • @xXYungBlazeXx his sound is so mainstream probably because he MADE it mainstream... i actually haven't heard vocals like theirs in mainstream songs.

  • @xXYungBlazeXx Disturbed mainstream? Cliched? What?

  • Corey Taylors Voice...... No words can describe it :-D

  • one M0:00RE time :D

  • This is one of their best songs.

  • quite possibly the best song ever.

  • @andrewesquivel If there is such a thing as a perfect song, I dare say this would be it.

This song makes me think of my best friend Becca. You have no idea how much I wish I could look into her gorgeous brown eyes and tell her I belong to her.

  • @SaintRi i know the feeling. Love can be a wonderful think.

  • The three people that disliked this have never known what it's like to lose someone you love... or to be betrayed by someone you love.

  • This band sounds like a whimpy version of Slipknot? hmm

  • @WhiteMamba08trs because the band consists of the same vocalist and guitarst. and corey thinks he gets through a bit with stonesour, emotionally i think.

  • @WhiteMamba08trs dont be gay

  • 3 people need haunted

  • i used to love this song until they kept playin it in the radio they literaly played 5 times in one hour i dont want to know how long it was in a day

  • So I saw this at Rockfest and it was freaking amazing!!!! Stone Sour is the freaking best ever, even in concert! <3

  • Jonathan Davis,Layne Staley,Corey Taylor,David Drainman,Chester Benington,Brian "Head" Welch, these are the guys i can always count on to make me feel great after i've had a shitty day

  • its sad u would think music back in 1950's-early 2000's was so great that with all the technology today songs would get better but sadly its getting so crappy with autotune and such :(

  • Whoever disliked this video has no idea of what good music is!

  • R.I.P the hardcore metal corey taylor

  • amazing song, im surprised it only has this little amount of views,

  • when i first heard this i thought it was nickelback then i thought this isnt thier style

  • nice =)!

  • Damn, you ass clowns sure do like some shitty fucking singers.

  • @TRE1275 not everyone can appreciate the vocals of the Jonas Brothers as much as you can. For us musical ingrates, we got Stone Sour.

  • Layne Staley (AIC) Corey Taylor (Slipknot and SS) Phil Anselmo (Pantera) Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden) Geoff Tate (Queensryche)

  • I LOVE this song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this is an awesome song is this album good? thier first album was fuckin awesome but thier last album wasnt that great imo

  • its super surprising that me being the super pink loving skirt wearing chick i am i like this !!! this is like my new fav band i<3 stone sour!!!! C= i im not really into heavy metal but stone sour wow!!! especially "through glass" new fav song!

  • I'm fucking in love with this song! <33

  • Corey Taylor (Stone Sour and Slipknot vocalist) and David Draiman (Lead singer of DISTURBED) are two of the greatest rock/metal vocalists ever. Them and the lead singer of ADTR are beast as fuck man

  • @AARfanatic27 I'd also add Layne Staley (1967-2002) from the legendary AIC and Matt Shadows from A7X. Even though he's from the melo-death genre, Christian Älvestam is too, a beast vocalist.

  • @dEthedEstroyer hell yes props to Layne Staley!!!!!!!!! i would give anything to have gotten to see AIC when Layne was around (RIP) i agree with all those singers

  • @dEthedEstroyer a7x r wanna b metalstars who have tthe gayest mosh pits ever they suk ass

  • @dEthedEstroyer I would like to include Bert McCracken of The Used and Sean Danielson of SES

  • @dEthedEstroyer yay for avenged sevenfold <3 :3

  • @dEthedEstroyer Don't forget James Michael, but that's just me.

  • @ACrimsonSong cant forget about jonathan davis either bro

  • @ACrimsonSong Yes. I'm with you.

  • @dEthedEstroyer Can't forget about Phil Labonte or Howard Jones

  • @LeafVillageWarrior Yeah man... Well, there were/are a hell lot of awesome vocalists out there, it's just a matter of taste.

  • @dEthedEstroyer I'd say it's not even taste to see true talent - I don't particularly like Stone Sour or Slipknot, but I can tell that they will last 'til they are called classic rock in years to come, just out of sheer talent, even if the genre dies. Alot of other similar bands also have talent, but I don't see many of them "surviving" like I do Taylor's bands. And what do I base my inane ramblings on? It's either dark science or the whiskey talkin, can't tell which.

  • @anotherkindofcold They aren't inane, I see quite a good point there, mate. I wouldn't even call it rambling. You see bands like Metallica and Slayer, the same's gonna happen with Taylor's bands and I'm stoked to see what they have for us next. I just hope they don't share the same exact fate as Metallica but only future can tell that. Anyway, cheers!

  • @AARfanatic27

no offense, but if you're being serious you really need to listen to A LOT more music...

  • @crazybaseballdude12 didnt specify myself lol i meant like modern rock and metal like this decade w00ps

  • @AARfanatic27

gotcha. then i guess i agree. also throw in myles kennedy (alter bridge) and lajon witherspoon (sevendust). they both have very powerful voices.

  • @AARfanatic27 that they are. may 14 at kansas city's rockfest, they will both be there- main stage, stone sour at 8, disturbed at 9:40 central time. i will fucking be there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @AARfanatic27

Maynard (Tool, A Perfect Circle, Puscifer) isn't on that list?

  • @nagual1992 yeah maynard is like the best lead singer ever

  • @AARfanatic27 ADTR singer is Jeremy McKinnon. And you left out Bruce Dicknson(Iron Maiden), Aaron Lewis(Staind) and Adam Gontier(Three Days Grace)

  • @SecretMonster100 waylon from mushroomhead

  • @TheFlight999 Steven Tyler(Aerosmith) Jack Black(Tenacious D) I can name A LOT more.

  • @SecretMonster100 And Sully Erna (Godsmack).

  • @SasukeCaramelldansen Yeah, I couldn't think of his name. I also didn't put all of them. I have ALOT of favorite singers. :P

  • @AARfanatic27 I'll replace that guy drom disturbed and add on the vocalists i think are unique... SUlly Erna (GODSMACK) Serj Tankian (SOAD) Zack De La Rocha (RATM) Matt Heafy(TRIVIUM) and the great Dio.... may he rest in peace

  • @AARfanatic27 Dont forget Matt Heafy ;)

  • @AARfanatic27

Matt Sanders ( M.Shadows) from Avenged has a damn good voice as well :P

  • @AARfanatic27 obviously you dont listen to much deathmetal or more in the metal genre..

  • @AARfanatic27 how can you not mention Bruce Dickinson, or Phil Anselmo. orr Robert Plante... i mean just to name a few. not saying Taylor or Draiman are bad... they are all amazing as well.

  • @AARfanatic27 the best comment ive heard on youtube[:

  • @AARfanatic27 1. you're gay. 2. Nobody matches up to James Hetfeild. 3. the end.

  • @WhiteMamba08trs Hellz f'n yeah XD i second your motion that no one ever matches up to the mighty James Hetfield...Metallica forever!

  • @AARfanatic27 can't agree with you more! Hopefully you saw them both at Uproar last year!

  • @AARfanatic27 Jonathan davis :]

  • @VeronikaBlue202 fuck yes :) i cant believe he left him out :O

  • @AARfanatic27 I would add James Hetfield (Metallica) and Dave Mustaine (Megadeth) But SS and Disturbed are just plain epic ;D!

  • @AARfanatic27 Jeremy McKinnan (singer of ADTR) is the shit!! His ability to scream and do soft vocals is amazing!

  • @AARfanatic27 beast as fuck thats another new saying that annoys the fuck outa me

  • COREY TAYLOR FUCK YEAH (people who dont know singer of slipknot)

  • i dont bout you guys cuz im a nerdy gal, but doesnt this song remind u of wuthering heights?

  • @DarkLight2107 It does to me too...but i'm also a nerdy girl:/

  • This song is AWESOME!!!!!

  • I Love This Song

  • the singer sounds like the singer from slipknot :)

  • @Ramen1998 Because he is the lead singer of Slipknot.

  • @Ramen1998 O RLY?

  • @Ramen1998 yeah corey is in two bands.

  • @Ramen1998

  • @Ramen1998 it IS the slipknot singer.... lol Corey Taylor

  • @YamahaPro20 And now i know that ; D

  • dumbass

  • This song expresses so many things in so many ways. Love it!!!!

  • "Say you'll never die, say you'll haunt me!"

    Yes, song, you will.

  • Wait, since when was Corey Taylor the lead singer of SS? What about Slipknot? Im confused, someone explain?

  • @ChaosCoagulation hes taking time of slipknot to focus on SS.

Wait about 3-4 years for a new slipknot album:(

  • @ChaosCoagulation Corey has always been the lead singer of Stone Sour. That band came before Slipknot. He joined Slipknot in 1998 I believe after the self-tilted album I think. Now that Paul's dead he's gonna focus on Stone Sour for now. But he's still in Slipknot, that part is certain.

  • @RikuOfficialChannel No he left after they kicked out anders which was in the Mate.Feed.Kill.Repeat album.

  • 1 DISLIKE!!!!! THIS IS UNEXCEPTIONAL!

  • GOD Cory is one of the best vocalists i've ever heard. No matter the song type, he sings it perfectly and all of his songs are like crack, i can't get enough!

  • @shitflinger i agree hahahahah

  • This best song ever!

  • Wow. totally indirect linkage to this, and i LOOOVE.

  • bands like this show me that there's still hope for ROCK in the modern era of music. as much as it might be getting overrun by pop and hip hop, bands like remind me that ROCK WILL NEVER DIE FUCK YEAH!!

  • Love It!!!!!

  • this song IS pure sex <3 Love it!!!! Cory your voice is AUHHMAZING!!! <3

  • AWESOMEgo to 1:oo

  • I don`t understand why some slipknot fans hate stone sour, i mean i`m one of the biggest slipknot fans that lived and i think stone sour is pure sex. lol

  • AWESOME SONG. NO MORE SLIPKNOT CUZ PAUL GRAY DIED:(
