@brasstrombone9 This is perfectly normal unlit you get used to look at the f2l cases and knowing what moves to do. It will take time, but intuitively the process will speed up your times. Guaranteed. :)

@RubiksKid217 It means that you solve a cube in a way that you can't do something you would in a normal solve, OR you do something irregular than normal solves.

Maybe you are used to solving with white cross. A restriction might be doing an average of 5 with red cross. In this video, his restriction was to solve the cross on the left side. I guess he's USED to solving the cross on bottom, but this restriction MAKES him solve the cross on left.
