mate funny you say that i've got exactly the same prob from too many wheelies.
its actually the 2nd gear not the clutch that's connected to 6th. 6th gear is actually driven off the shift drum and 2nd connects to 6th with dogs and they're worn down. to fix it will be looking at about $1000-$1500 :(
i have the same bike and tried the same thing just for the fun of it and its stuppid loud

nice bike i have the same one do you have the same problam i got with 2nd gear its lil shady getting into 2nd from 1st
