This cat was called Lionel and he was born with a bad knee, so the cat had surgery but it didn't work,, so they did another surgery on him which was water therapy (which you see in the video) Now the cat is healthy and playful and most importantly, he can walk.

I know all too well what you went through WITH your cat, as I am doing the same now. The time, attention, patience, love and devotion you have for your cat is very apparent with giving her the VERY BEST care available.
I appreciate this type of video being on YT. My cat had a hip operation as she was born without a leg socket in her hip area. After the operation, she now has to learn to use her back legs PROPERLY. It's good to know that this is at least available for small animals. We are now in the process of working with her to get her legs strong by taking her in the front yard and sidewalk areas so her paws can grip the ground better than she can the slippery floor.

Lionel will celebrate his 4th birthday on April 2nd along with his sister Bella. He is doing well. A limp every now and again, but other than that a happy, healthy cat. He loves to dig, cuddle and scurry around with his sister. He is very much loved in our family and worth every penny spent on his surgery and recovery.

@undergroundspark Yeah, It's water therapy. Usually people do it if their animal gets a torn ligament, or tendon or something of that sorta. It allows the animal to work the muscle, without all the stress of the cat's weight.

Hi - I'm Lionel's Mom.
Lionel will celebrate his 4th birthday on April 2nd along with his sister Bella. He is doing well. A limp every now and again, but other than that a happy, healthy cat. He loves to dig, cuddle and scurry around with his sister. He is very much loved in our family and worth every penny spent on his surgery and recovery.

@Lakis177 So that it can develop its muscles to be able to walk. It was born defective knees. It had surgery and this was its physical therapy to learn how to walk again. Read the description under the video, it tells you all of this.
