Yankee Siege set a new trebuchet record for 2009 - in excess of 2000'!

However, its crew left early and won't be back, as they wanted to break the 2000' mark, and it costs them over $15K to bring it all the way from NH.

I keep wanting to attend, but the economy says no. :-(

If I was ever to enter a Punkin Chunkin machine, I'd want a Nathan AirChime K5LA as my warning horn!

Oh my god...Pumpkin Chunkin Rocks....Im with Venture Crew 357 of Williamstown, NJ...We go every year as the "Straight Shooters" Our cannon is the smaller one that looks like a gun...We are next to soldier too at the 2008 chunkin
