I am completely against any for of censorship, but the reason is because after the Janet Jackson incident (which I believe was completely blown out of proportion)they developed a system where live tv is actually not fully live but there is a 6 or so second delay, which gives the people running show enough time to censor out anything that they are directed to.

Fox seems to be bought and paid for by this adinistration - and other views and opinions are not tolerated - no matter the "Fair and balanced" bs phrase they use.

I agree, What ever happened to freedom of speech and the right of peaceful assembly? Its kind of the same thing. Actors and Actresses use award shows to voice political opinions all the time. I wish for once they would stop with the censorship. I support her thoughts.

There is the "official reason" Fox censored her. There is also what was going through the censors mind when they "pressed the button." I wish more people would focus on the latter.

We'll never really know, but at the very least Fox could have honored Sally during her last Emmy acceptance speech by allowing her to comment on the similarities between the two points of her career.

Conservatives are so insecure that they cannot tolerate dissenting points of view. No it wasn't. According to the FCC, goddamn is NOT a banned expression from broadcast TV. It was the opposition to the war by America's Sweetheart (Field) that was being censored. FOX is the epitome of right wing cowardice. If I were a Conservative, I'd be ashamed of them.
