It's only on the Vista Ultimate edition. It's an actual animated background that you can have. Although it's a resource hog.

Too bad, it didn't work my Vista Home Premium, When I load personalization, it says "The page can't load" do you know how to fix this?

You want me to pay 300$ more for some extra stuff I don't even use, like business stuff to just unlock Dreamscene... No way, I'll prefer get free Dreamscene or get software than Ultimate.
