Now the lao government just passed a new law for foreigners or hmong USA who want to marry a young lao hmong girl. You must be under the age of 50 and make at least $2550 per month to qualify and you must not be 20 yrs older than you wife. Moreover, you must have proof of your income like paycheck stuff, bank account ,divorce paper,and a permanent address. The US embassy in Laos has approved this law and it is effective on 2/13/2012.
@twobadatless Not desperately but those pretty in the USA are bad and suck attitude. Their beauties out side can't change those beauties in side in Laos. Other reason; over here ages are matter to them so that's why OG have to go over there in Laos.
