  • i wish they showed who disliked a video,so we would know who is that stupid

  • genius!

  • the 1 person who disliked this missed the like button, and got his butt tapped out by the same move 2 days later.

  • at the end you can go for the mounted triangle if you push his right elbow up and figure 4 it behind his head. that could really work :) or you can swing your left leg over his head whilst trapping his right arm for an armbar. or you can swing your left leg all the way over or back to side mount on his other side. jiu jitsu has SO MANY options, i love it!

  • @khazal12 Agreed. I think the reason Renner didn't mention it is because he likes to focus on the details of one single technique without confusing people. But yeah, it's right there. I am going to start using this he he he.....

  • boom...... boom, lol

  • Love the way they explain and teach Jiu-Jitsu!

    Thanks guys!

  • @EdgeStormcrow

    HIGHLY unlikely.

  • I will practice and hopefully flow when I have mastered these techniques.

  • how come rener doesn't do mma

  • @ md menchaca360 because he make enough money teaching jiu jitsu and not everyone wants to get punched in the face and possible lose teeth or be blinded by a finger

  • You do know that the Gracie legacy is to prove that GJJ is the best single martial art - fighting style...

  • Oh wow I love the americana. I tried that armbar a couple times today and didn't even think to go for the americana when it failed.

    That reverse mount surprised me.

By the way, The sound is very hard to hear for those of us who have quiet speakers. I'm not sure how that is fixed, but it would help if you could upload it louder; more happy viewers for you.

  • This is great ! fantastic ! brilliant ! Rener is the man !

  • Viva La Renner!!!!

  • Rener sir...you are an incredible instructor. I train in the East Coast (NJ) with Renzo Gracie Black Belt instructor Sensei Jamie Cruz.

  • very nice

  • Rener gracie probably has the Best mount ive ever seen,See how deep his hooks are in? good luck getting that guy off you. I should get into that habit

  • watch roger gracie.

  • great moves, great position, thanks.

  • Nice... keep it up! Really like the setup on the arm. Good with lots of details.

    But, anyway...

You do not land in the S-mount from doing that reverse mount transition.

Its looks like the S-mount, but as there is no control over the arm close to your hip, it's not!

  • That americana will fuck you up.

  • Think I'd go for a triangle. Your knee-joint over his shoulder looks like a pretty good set-up.

Smack your leg around his head and grab it on the other side. Now as he tries to push you off and get up, you'll lean back and pull him with you.

Then you just position yourself, position his arm, pull his neck down, pull your leg closer(right), lock it with the other leg(left) and sqeeze 'em together while your pull his head towards your stomack - a step-by-step Triangle Chock ^^

  • thank you, looks effective!

  • I was being sarcastic. TKD striking is non existant.

  • gold

  • TKD punching master FTW

  • these guys are totally awesome - what can you say. the fine details are what separate these guys from the ones who don't know what they're talking about.

  • The audio is super quiet on this

  • no te entiendo, más despacio por favor!

  • badass

  • You landed in the S mount why not just use that position? Your way was probably the best but I was just wondering.

  • Absolutely correct. You are giving up a better mount in my opinion.

  • This is terribly sweet. I'm going to use this on thursday during class. Oh and next month, I'm guessing it'll be a triangle from mount.

  • thinks keep it up bro!

  • Mounted Triange!! hehe thanks

  • I miss Rener and Ryron instructing together :(

  • what happened to ryron?

  • Dick Butt

  • hey i watched this about an hour before class, works like a charm.

  • what do you do at 6:10 you figure 4 the head and arm, or transition into a arm lock

  • or call the mounted triagle the Gangster Lean moves :)

  • very very nice info! anf fantastic breakdown!

  • that was slick.. i am going try that next time i am rolling.

  • Great technique and explanation.

  • Nice, first comment :-) I love efficiency.

  • Aww, 2 minutes to late.
