yeap thai or dutch training is the best training you can get before a match or tournament

many would say thai,people from my club also go there (been there myself)before a championship the netherlands is prob the number 2 place to go

and dont worry,theres no western attitude in dutch muay thai gyms,we practice real muay thai not western muay thai

Eeh no we don't. It's a specific Dutch variant. Which has it's roots in Japan when pioneers like Jan Plas, Johan Vos and Thom Harinck brought Japanese Kickboxing back home in the 1970's. With Thom Harinck later adding Thai elements like the clinch and the knee to it.
