If I may say so, my Persian friends in the diaspora remind me of the Jew's who survived expulsion and worse. Trauma/PTSD can be passed down through generation's and I can feel it. Many Persian's like many Jewish people are very fine, very educated and very cosmopolitan. They are often the ones I remember most fondly when looking back. The ones that left the deepest memory. They were kicked out by the fools, but they bless us with their presence in their diaspora. Muslim's loss, our gain. PEACE.

Thank you for posting this, it is so important that people get a chance to see films like this. The trauma I have seen amongst my Israeli Misrahi friend's parents makes it clear that there is a HUGE untold story. Unlike the European Jew's who's plight is well known, nobody is aware about what happened to Middle Eastern Jew's. Truly beautiful people whom history has forgotten. A great film to see is 'The Forgotten Refugees' by Michael Grynszpan.
