The Academy just isn't trying anymore. Melissa Mccarthy for Best Supporting Actress?????!!!!! Really????!!!!!! Bridesmaids was just stupid and a Hangover ripoff. George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Meryl Streep are overrated. Also, where the fuck is Tinitn?????!!!!!! It so deserves to be on that list. Fuck, it would've even won. And there are hardly any nominations for Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes or Harry Potter. Those films had more heart than half of the films nominated. You fucked up Academy!!!!

wtf?!?!?! i pretty much hated this years nominees. where was harry potter, bridesmaids and 50/50 for best picture?!?!?! get rid of fucking tree of life and extremely loud and incredibly close. they got generally mixed reviews, and films that get generally mixed reviews normally dont make it to the oscars. whereas harry potter, bridesmaids and 50/50 got critical acclaim

@marneebox @11msmarish I also think it is disgusting that Brad Pitt Has two films up for best picture...Tree of Life was alright, but I saw Moneyball...and I don't understand how it warranted so many nominations. It really wasn't that inspiring or heartfelt. I just feel like with all the other movies that came out in 2011, it's really fishy and lame that Brad Pitt's movies filled up so many freaking categories.
