Thats not going to work. Her knees arent getting high enough, and even if the would, the attacker would just withstand them long enough to choke her out or break her neck.

Grab his balls with your hand, squeeze and rotate them. This is gonna twist them REALLY fast and heavy with a rotating motion. This will him so excruciatingly bad, that he will become uncontious. Also this leaves him with a testicle-Trauma which can only be solved by a doctor.
