Everybody has their own way of drawing. His way may not be best for you, in fact, it most likely isn't, as everybody has their own way of doing things and their own way of drawing as well. Some people like regimented drawings, others like grids, some like lines while other like circles. It's tough to find a specific niche for yourself but when you find it you're able to draw like this dude.

I don't know why I'm saying this to you, but some people play video games largely for the same reason you read books and enjoy stories, or watch movies. In a sense, video games further your mind as you begin to see another collective work, an impression of a universe which a group created for one to thrive in and experience. It's not all just pointless shenanigans. But hell, to each their own. I will agree that people who are slightly more productive are definitely more successful.

The program used in this case is more or less irrelevant: These effects could be reproduced on most any art program that isn't MS Paint. The good looks come from the artist, not the program. That said, the program being used is called Painter. Google it.

im a pencil sketcher to and i got a tablet just to play around with it and it handels very nicely i still preffer pencil over it but i would say it is very similer to drawing in pen (that you can undo) if youve ever done and liked that id say get it if not play around and dont buy one because someone else likes it find oe that you like

What you need:

program: Photoshop CS

pad: Wacom tablets (recommended)

note: the tablet that i got, works just like a real pencil, press lightly it will do a light line, you press on it hard it will do a dark line..

Idk, for 100 bucks is a good starter kit. I dont know about the company you said, but i know wacom are the best for tablets..

a good starter tablet is Bamboo Fun, from wacom, that is if you dont want to spend a lot, like for 100 bucks is good, is like 5 by 8 and i'm doing pretty good with it. I am an experience artist, but not with a pad.. but i got the hang of it in like 10 mins with the Bamboo fun tablet..

the face can easily end up unbalanced unless you work on all parts of the face at the same time. For instance, say you do the lips in all the way but then, when you get to the nose, you realize that you put it in too high? You'd have to throw away all of the work you had on the mouth. If you work on them all together, features naturally get fixed as you go along.

It's a Japanese instrument called the Shamisen. I believe the genre is New Age and as stated it's by the Yoshida Brothers. : D They're pretty cool, check them out! They always mix folk music with a modern twist.
