can someone tell me what is the difference between those who are called suroori salafis and those who are called qutubi salafis.......?

@pakistaniofpakistan Please go to the bottom of the description and click on the links to learn about those two sects. In brief, Qutubis and Surooris are NOT Salafis. They are off-shoots of al-ikhwanul muslimoon/Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt. Qutubis mainly follow the deviated teachings of Sayyid Qutb and Surooris are upon the manhaj of muhammad Suroor, one of the heads of the Khawarij in modern times; however, many Surooris also refer to Qutb's teachings.

@pakistaniofpakistan Almost all of the so-called Jihadi, Kharijite groups of today, like 'al-Qaida, etc, were inspired by the teachings of Sayyid Qutb, the Qutubis and the Muslim Brotherhood. They have NOTHING, whatsoever, to do with the Salafis, nor with the teachings of the great Imam and Mujaddid, Shaykhul Islam Muhammad bin Abdil Wahhab, rahimahullah.

although i only knew Dawud Burbank as a friends neighbour i would like to say how sorry we all are in Birmingham and especially the grove he and his lovely family lived in , may Allah have mercy upon them both ,all our love at this sad time from all there neighbours xxxx

My heart shouldn't feel heavy, they died in the land of tawheed, upon the sunnah on the way to perform hajj, chanting the talbiyyah in a fire SubhanaAllaah Allahu Akbat La illa ha illa la. They died shaheed/dah inshaAllah what an honourable way to die Ya Allaah give them a place next to the Anbiyyah, give them firdous Ya Rabb Amin

May Allah subhaana wa ta'aala grant Abutalha and Ummtalha ease in their graves and accept them into jannah al firdous. Aameen. I never met Abutalha, yet I mourn him and miss him dearly.

May Allah have mercy on this brother and his wife. They died whilst settng out to make hajj. But little did the brother know that less than a month away was his appointed time. It makes you think about your own death. It's sad how this dunya has us busy and focused on every other thing except the one thing that is guaranteed which is our death. We tend to barely think of it. As if it is something far away. We must remember the reality of our existence and not become heedless.

@DawahSalafiyaah May Allaah have mercy on him. I saw him yesterday, smiling with a bag in his hand, boarding the coach to heathrow aiport. When i heard of his death, wallahi, i could not even think straight. It hit me right in the chest. May Allaah have mercy on him, and grant him paradise along with his wife too, ameen.
