If you're a young teacher and you're not putting as much effort as this guy, you should be ashamed of yourself. He's 40!!! I feel exhausted just watching this.....
Great enthusiasm...great video. I think ESL/EFL teachers can learn a lot from watching your class...I hope you'll put up some longer clips. Keep 'em coming.
Wow, what fun! Those kids were so cute! And they were responding well to your teaching. By the way, I disagree with boydegg, touching is important - especially for the young student. I am a teacher myself and I find it crucial to teach that level, for my children as well, I will want my young student to have that kind of bond. A good teacher seeks not his own interest and ought to be given that level of trust.

You should avoid touching children when you're teaching them. No matter how innocent your physical contact, it only takes one comment or complaint to land you in very hot water. This is something my course tutor told me when I trained as a teacher. You could be the nicest guy in the world, but all it takes is for one person to cast a shadow of doubt over your motives for working with children, and the rest can fall apart. Mud sticks, so be careful.
I've been teaching 3 years in Japan... and I must say... Your choral drilling for "I got it, I got it!" is A+ !!!

Your video inspires me to be a patient and an enthusiastic teacher. Good job.

I have no patients and is why I love teaching kids. They can move fast and learn fast too. Working with adults drives me crazy.

This looks like it would be torture. This guy must be a very patient man to teach little kids all day.
