And if you did a little research the military only started researching and documenting suicides in 2009, which is hardly a big enough sample size to draw any definite conclusions, maybe if they had been documenting them for 10 years you could draw some conclusions.

Whether that be North Korea or some terrorist organization that got a hold of one of the about 80 suitcase nukes that went missing from Russia. And if we thought that why would we have foreign policies? If we own the world who cares about what every one thinks.
