The R/B chord that first shows up at 0:14 but comes up every time the progression is repeated sounds like it should be a tri-chord, since it's not a standard power chord. I'm pretty sure i can hear 3 distinct tomes in the chord.

The R/B chord sounds like it's a dominant seventh. I think it should be charted as a three note chord, but there's no general consensus on whether they should be three or two note chords.
