"Be the church in places where the church has been afraid to go." I don't really understand this. Address this issue by holding yet another musical event in yet another large auditorium, led by people who specialize in holding yet more musical events in yet more auditoriums? And maybe if the 'Christian cliches' (awakening, revival, revolution etc.) are used enough, fans will forget that no-one really understand what these words are supposed to mean.
What they're doing in the auditorium is rising young adults up to do these things, Joel Houston is called to empower these people, if he feels he God is calling him to a place where he needs to plant a church, he will. It's all up to being obedient to God in the end.
