GUYS TO PUT THE SONG THROW THE WHOLE PRESENTATION, RIGHT CLICK ON THE HORN THEN SELECT CUSTOM ANIMATION,CLICK ON THE DROP DOWN MENU OF THE SONG U HAVE JUST INSERTED THEN CLICK ON EFFECT OPTIONS,NOW SELECT AFTER AND PUT THE NUMBER OF THE SLIDS AND VOILA :)

I also received powerpoint presentations with music on it ...guess what ? i dont have that music on my computer and still it played ....how they do that? I see the difference between my presentations ( which on transfer wont play the music ) and their presentation I THINK is the ending... i mean...mine is ppt..their is pps. or something like that . Might that help ?

Make sure if your saving the ppt on a USB or any other storage device to have the audio file stored along with the presentation. Otherwise, when it tries to look for the music file it won't find it.

A little querry: can you control when this music stops? i.e. if I want the music to stop at slide 5 can I do it?

And another one: can you add various song in the presentation?

i.e: from slide 1-5 song A, and from slide 6-7 song B and so on?

Click Custom Animation, then click effect options. It then, under the heading of Stop Playing, click After, then enter the slide number you want the song to stp on

go to movie maker (or whatever) import the music and then drag it to the audio place at the bottom

ha, if you cant find it then i think you can download the latest version, otherwise (if you use vista) then i just find it in all programs near the top.

when u add the song and chose w.e auto or to click to play, double click the icon, so that it plays, than on top of the power point look for "Play Sound" and next to it choose Play across slides @.@..

Try going to View>Slide Master and inserting the file on that, that close the master view and that should appy it to every slide you create
