  • As others have said, this pull has far too much arm and not enough hip.

  • poor technique keep your butt down arms straight and look at yourself in the mirror

  • you are pulling with your arms to much kepp them strait dont bend them until you do your second pull which is the jump shrug after leaving the floor which is the first pull,
