What are the requirements to work at your law firm?

I wish there was a system where a person's interests could be protected so he could get an idea out there without feeling raped by the present systems. I thought about what I would do with a large amount of money if I invented something. Buy a Harley and do some great riding would be the first thing. I took short cut and bought one last fall.

I keep telling people that I have an idea and if they know a patent lawyer but no luck yet. I thought about maybe a university. Any ideas?
