well guys, now it is to fight which airport is better????
I dont understand one thing with all of us who are indians, we say India is best country among the world it is best in this, that..; and so on we make so much of comments on pakistan and other countries too.
Well, ok, fine, but again why do they fight for best city in India or best airport in India. This is meaningless. Even if you write on these or fight on these nothing is going to change

Someone needs a reality check- Delhi already has the brand new terminal 1D and Terminal 3 will open next year that'll dwarf BIAL and HIAL in size and grandeur. Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata are also planned to be similarly big and grand.
Mind you that this isn't a knock on BIAL. I think it's a fine airport on it's own. Just don't gloat without ample research.

Damn, it's enormous (compared to other Indian airports). Outside it looks rather "sarkari" like the Delhi airport (only bigger), but the inside is a totally different thing.

well if u compare it to Delhi the also compare the traffic situation.Despite being the IT hub of India, Bangalore has extremely poor infrastructure and traffic is a nightmare.The whole damn city is one way.
Delhi airport is very old compared to this.The only thing that is common in both cities are the auto drives.Both try to rip u off.
Airports are the welcome doors to a country, they should be aptly designed and planned. Welldone to Delhi, Banglore, Cochin and Hydrabad.....
