  • Does this come with the barrel nut

  • @BUCKrub91 The barrel comes with the rail.

  • Is the gas block carbine length? And if so would the 7.6 inch rail cover it?

  • @ajbrown0117 It's a carbine length. I'm pretty sure the 7" rail wont cover the gas block. Those are made for rifles with A2 front sight posts, gas block/front sight combos, and picatinny gas blocks for mounting front sights. The 9" rail will for sure.

  • @ajbrown0117 I think carbine length it would just barely cover it... id go with 9 inch though

  • What's the weight on your rail

  • @bigchrisdom24 Unfortunately I don't. I briefly looked online to find a weight for it, but couldn't find it and I don't have a scale. If I come across it I'll let you know.

  • troy makes one of the best imho. they are simple to install and the price is really fantastic for what you get. i use blue loc tite on my and then make witness marks on the screws just in case. use the blue loc tite not the red! blue is super strong and that shit should never back out. the red is for like engines bolts and shit.

    nice vid!

  • Excellent, Thank you for the video. Great description.

Question, Is it the same for the 308 rail?

  • @12gageshot The trx rail for the 308 is not a quad rail. It's like the trx extreme rails with the bolt on rail sections and come in two sizes: 13.8" and 12". If you're looking for a quad rail, I believe the MRF rails are what you're looking for. They only come in a 13.8" tho. Hope this helps.

  • Good job with the video
