There is no programs like this in Georgia. The irony is that my state is part of the so-called "Bible-belt" states. Yet we are one of the least generous when it comes to the poor.

Stuff like this happens in a system where the ultra-wealthy are allowed to with-hold more than half of the country's wealth & resources while the middle & lower income classes are forced to fight among each other for the scraps at the bottom.

You wouldn't see too much garbage like this in Sweden, Japan, and Norway. Our culture worships money too much, and the result is this type of unhappiness.

Kids should be allowed to be kids, I'd say...
