No. If they were splitting once every 20 minutes, then it would have taken about 2 hours and 20 minutes. (@ approx. 1 split per second of video.) I think the whole purpose of the video was to demonstrate the exponential growth rate. It took 7 seconds of video to reach the number you see at the end, but had it ran 1 more second that total would have double and so forth... Reaching astronomical numbers in no time.
Every second there is a split. So you know that every second is 20 minutes in Real Life. That means that the video was probably filmed in 2.20 hours aproximately.
