  • @Babeeboi of course lol i can stand driving in flip flops and i usually dont wear sneakers

  • Sounds Sexy As Hell

  • @1Twinkman thanks man

  • This sounds awesome, something I definetly will do with my 66 inline when I get the chance

  • babyjesse, you can get a two barrel adapter from Clifford Performance. it is a HUGE gain in horse power. and dual exhaust multiplies it even further.

  • thanks a lot on the tip... any carbs u recommend?

  • any performance 2 barrel. probably a Holley. i dont know if Edelbrock makes any, but if they do, i would get one. and one more option, Offenhauser makes an intake that you can mount 3 single barrel carbs in a row. looks freaking sick with 3 chrome air cleaners.

  • would i have to make any major engine modifications if i went with the 2 barrel? do you know any links to the 2 barrel carb? i've been trying to find one but I'm having no luck. i've tired the holly website but all i get is 4 barrel. thank u for ur time. i aprrecite it

  • wow i should do that to mine....lol Its the 200cc

  • how did you do that to a l6?

  • That is what I want my 300 to sound like.

  • How much did that end up costing you?

  • if you get dual exhaust, a 2 barrel carb from clifford performance, and an aluminum header from classic inlines, you can make that badass as fast and powerful as a v8.

  • It is possible, sure, but you'd probably want a 1 barrel, because with two or more and multiple carbs, you'd flood the engine. Get a 3 carb intake manifold, and put 3 1 barrel carbs on it. Great performance. Just gotta keep it in tune.

  • Thanks its just a generic 289 exhaust kit from summitt with their brand of turbo mufflers. The header is a dual out from Mike at classic inlines it fits very well with plenty of clearance. T

  • Did you have to buy a special tube for the exhaust? I have looked at getting the 6 into 2, but I was never sure, because they are on the same side of the engine, and the V8 exhausts always go to both sides of the engine.

  • @bigcatchdaniel555 How much did this setup cost you, ballpark? I want to change up my exhaust system a bit, but I don't know what to do. I really just want a rougher sound because I'm just getting a raspberry with what I have now, bone stock. Someone suggested using a transverse muffler, which is definitely the cheaper route.

  • @magiusavvail It's been a while so idk how prices are now but then it was $275 for the longtube headers from mike over at classic inlines, and the kit from summit was $149. to get the dual to mate up with the i6 headers it took a little bit of fabrication at the front so if your not handy with a welder you might wanna pay an exhaust shop to do it so maybe add on a few bucks to the price. I had a flowmaster muffler and a stock one on the car and this by far is the best.

  • 302 v8 ford racing engine.390hp dual exhuast.louder then that car.

  • this engine can reach a little over 300 ft/lb and its a v6 and has 100 less cubic inches lol and has max torque throughout the entire band can the 302 v8 do that? didnt think so

  • Inline 6.

  • did you have to get a custom exhaust or did you just get a mustang dual exhaust system. We were looking at getting a clifford dual header for our 6 cylinder 66 mustang.

  • Wow, sounds good!

  • pretty nice dude. no header? Clifford Performance makes really great headers for the inline six's. i have it on mine with dual exhaust and magnaflow mufflers and i saw more power gain from that than when i had the cylinders bored out .030. clifford says 30% more hp. :)
