yo noods if you want full widescreen but no stretching heres what I do, make your xbox widescreen so your capture card captures it all squished up, then stretch sideways

for external, zoom way out and then when your in after effects just transform the size to about 200% so it fits the whole screen, it takes some getting used to playing with a squished chart, but its still fine nonetheless
